Estimated shipping dates are based on the availability of your items and the payment option you choose.
Once the items you ordered are in stock, we will package and ship them to you. Most orders will ship out within 24 hours if the items being in stock.
The estimated time of arrival is taken directly from information provided by our couriers. These are estimates only, Servomat is not responsible if it varies.
When you place an order with us the online ordering system accurately calculates the delivery costs in real-time. Anyway, shipping costs depend upon the weight of the box and country destination.

At the end of the order placement process or while you are filling in the registration form, you must indicate the delivery address if it is different from the address you provided during registration. It is essential that you indicate a preferred delivery time, as this avoids unnecessary and costly storage of the package in the courier’s warehouse.
When you place your order, you must specify a delivery address of a company or an office where someone will be available. Please note we do not ship to an address of a private consumer unless you are able to provide an address where someone is normally available to receive the parcel.
Goods will need to be signed for and if the parcel is returned to Servomat because of an incorrect or an incomplete address, the carriage is not refundable. If you fail to pick up a package that is being stored in the courier’s warehouse (after an unsuccessful delivery attempt), you will be billed for shipping and handling fees.
You can check the status of your order directly on the website, just go to “Login”, enter your login details and select “Account Maintenance”. You will then be able to view information about your order, including whether it has been shipped. You can even track your parcel anytime you want by checking on the courier company's web site.
Upon receipt of the package, please check that:
- the package number corresponds to the number indicated in the notification of shipment email;
- the package has not been damaged, opened or tampered with in any way, including as regards the adhesive tape used to close the package.
Any visible damage to the package or an incorrect package number, must be reported to the courier immediately (at the time of delivery) and the package must be refused without hesitation.
